The Kings of the Time (2008)
Original title: Aja meistrid
The fast-paced humorous story has recorded the two grand masters of Estonian puppet cartoon - Elbert Tuganov (1920-2007) and Heino Pars (1925). The story of their life and work has been brought us through the excerpts of newsreels, old photographs, puppet animations and recollections of their contemporaries. Having played with puppets for about 30 years, Tuganov and Pars are being animated as puppets themselves - only by the new generations of animation filmmakers.
