The playful documentary tells the story about a strange war of information in Estonian SSR during the 1980s when the totalitarian power confronted the heroes of pop culture. And the heroes won. Western pop culture played extremely important part in developing the world view of the Soviet youth - today this may seem rather weird. Finnish Television, that was visible only for people living in Northern Estonia, was the only window to the world of dreams and that was out of reach for the authorities to be banned.
