Life is too decent in Tartu in the year of 2008. There is no longer the bohemian crowd and there are less and less meeting spots for them. Tartu is becoming an overcivilized Scandinavian small town. Jaan-Jürgen Klaus, a young resident of Tartu, passionate film amateur and chronicler of his time feels sorry about the situation. Despite everything Jaan-Jürgen attempts to record the disappearing world, bearers of the spirit of Tartu who have not eluded the filmmaker.
