Elderly women and men with plenty of life experience meet at the ballroom dancing nights where they have the chance to dance, chat, find friends or a beloved one, or just spend time. Interesting personalities share their story, including their decision to find a new partner after having lost their former wife or husband. Different destinies meet on the dance floor - both the poor and the rich ones, the depressed and the silently happy ones, the narcissistic babes and the ones leading an energetic, athletic lifestyle. Fragments of dancing, excerpts of training, solo performances of professional dancers sum up the subject of the elderly people spending their time and searching their place and the meaning of life in a mysterious world of dance.
