Almost 90-year-old mother Irene, her son Elmu and his partner Maimu all live under the same roof in a small rural place in Estonia. Elmu who is about to retire is called Bug and his partner Maimu's nickname is Teddybear. The daily life of the family is dreary and uneventful, but despite that one has to survive. Elmu is a hard drinker but he won't blame life. Mother Irene is dreaming of outliving his son so that she could bury his drunkard son.
