Family restaurant as a small business is gradually developing in Estonia. Top chef Roman Zaštšerinski with his wife Jana and cousin Igor have recently opened two restaurants in Tallinn: cafe Moon and restaurant Three Onions ("Kolm sibulat" in Estonian).
