Ulka is a temperamental Russian girl. Although born and raised in Estonia, she learned Estonian through working in bars. Today she herself is a manager of a bar and has only Estonian colleagues. Film explores what does it mean for a young Russian woman to live nowadays in Estonia and which thoughts she has about opening a new bar.
