The Rainbow (2005)

Two American secret agents - Frank and Wendy - are sent to the world's hotbed of danger, known as Estonia. Estonia is a silly place, perhaps even sillier than the agents themselves.
Martians are hanging the laundry out to dry. Yet who is drying Wendy’s underpants? An answer is not received because something horrible rises up in the sky. The newspaper Pravda glides out of the dimness of the ages and contributes to the establishment of the Communist Party of Greenland. Jose Fernandez quits spitting into the wind because the odour of operation “Sewage Death Seal” is in the air. “It is time,” think the agents. A brief pre-emptive nuclear strike against Latvia, then Wendy grabs her pistol and Frank enters the Trans-Atlantic sewage main…
