Portrait documentary about two characters - Tallinn Linnahall and its guard Peeter. Once the pride of Tallinn, Linnahall has become a desolate building; yet, it has its own faithful supporters. In every three days, Peter works 24-hour shift here as a guard. The monumental palace of culture and sports was built for the summer olympic games in 1980 - the building that now looks as a ghost castle.
