The police officer on a motorbike has to catch the speeders on Estonian highways. In the name of road safety, motorbike policemen risk every day their lives - it is not the question whether a biker falls but when he falls. Toomas Kivilo is one of the few motorbike patrol officers who has passed a special training. Every spring, he steps out from his safe patrol car in order to take out the powerful motorbike and to speed into the wild hell of highway traffic.
