A young woman raises four little daughters all alone. She lives in a small room of a social house, mainly surrounded by alcoholics and drug addicts. The father of the children is in prison. The mother hopes that the President of Estonia will accept the resolution of granting a pardon in the coming spring so that they would start a new life together, in a new town, with new friends and new hopes. The filmmakers follow the woman's life and events during the time until the President's decision will be made.
