The amateur film shot by Aleksander Lellep depicts youth organizations of Tallinn and Nõmme who are greeting the President in Kardiorg on May 28, 1940. Youth leaders are shown in front of Kadriorg Castle; the Commander-in-Chief General Johan Laidoner arrives; flag bearers are lined up in front of the castle. President Konstantin Päts, Johan Laidoner, Minister of Education Paul Kogerman and Senior Aide of the President Colonel Herbert Grabbi exit from the castle to the balcony. Brownie Guides, Girls Guides, Young Eagles (including also Young Smiths) and the scouts are marching.
