Representatives of Baltic refugee organizations together with the representative of Canadian Parliament discuss the political situation in the Baltic States after the coup d'état in Moscow on August 20, 1991. TV interviews with Laas Leivat, Al Pačevicius and John Eichmanis (simultaneous translation) where the support from Canada is being asked in order to restore the independence of the Baltic States and establish new legal governments in these countries.
