Worldwide Estonian Days were held in New York City on July 4-11, 1992. The film has recorded licence plates of Estonians' cars in a parking lot. Licence plates of cars from various states and provinces of Canada. The ones of United States carry special slogans characteristic to every state, for instance "Delaware - The First State", "Ohio - Birthplace of Aviation", "North Carolina - First in Flight", "Florida - Sunshine State", "Indiana - The Crossroads of America". Some vehicles have plates with the marking "EST" and the sticker of Estonian national flag.
