Film collage about Estonia in 1960s: young girls in miniskirts from the music group "Laine"; boy band "Optimists" full of liberal-mindedness and vocal ensemble "Collage". Gustav Ernesaks conducts the academic male choir and the sound of Hendrik Krumm's beautiful bel canto can be heard by the seashore. Nice Estonian people, picturesque views of nature, funny souvenirs, wonderful towers in the old town of Tallinn and the juniper trees in the island of Saaremaa. The documentary has been directed as a modern Western documentary that has no trace of the Soviet lifestyle. What kind of an impression could the film left to the member countries of the Soviet Union?
