Helping the collective farms (1949)

Designing standard projects for constructing residential areas of collective farms in the architectural administration of the Estonian Soviet Socialist Republic.

The leading authorities of the collective farms and districts often visit the architects in order to give practical advice. Alar Kotli, head of the architectural projects of the collective farms' residential areas is listening to the advice given by Harald Olbrei, chairman of the collective farm "Uus Elu" and Andrei Torf, secretary of the Harju Committee of the Estonian Communist Party.
