Young sailing athletes are making preparations to take their centreboard "Optimist" boats from the boat harbour to the sea. Coaches Jüri Sarashkin and Rein Otasson give advice to the young athletes. The documentary is about the yacht sailing at Tallinn Bay. Ice yacht athlete Endel Vooremaa is also present in the film.
