Documentary gives an overview about the construction of the premises for olympic games, yachting regatta in Tallinn. For the sailing regatta of Moscow Summer Olympic Games in 1980, numerous buildings were constructed in Tallinn: Tallinn Olympic Yachting Centre, Linnahall, Hotel "Olümpia", Tallinn Airport, TV Tower, restaurant "Pirita" among others. Also, the old town of Tallinn was renovated and the streets were reconstructed. People worked on various objects more than 1,2 million working hours without pay. The documentary follows the construction of olympic buildings.
