Filmmakers observe two wedding parties that combine all kinds of things: folk dances and the 1970s pop music, disco, Soviet registering of marriage, compulsory vodka drinking and the efforts of the master of the ceremony to preserve old wedding traditions. The formal way of entertainment of the new generation's master of ceremony takes his job seriously – and the organization of a wedding party becomes the portrait of an era with the touch of absurd. The portrait makes it difficult to recognize former Estonians from the wedding pictures, taken half a century ago.
