Documentary based on archival documents, photographs and chronicle footage about the June coup of 1940 in Estonia and the events of the World War 2 in Europe. The film shows Konstantin Päts, Johan Laidoner, Adolf Hitler, Jossif Stalin, Vyatcheslav Molotov, Henri Philippe Petain, Johannes Vares-Barbarus, Johannes Lauristin, Olga Lauristin, Neeme Ruus and many others. The film is a continuation of the first film of Karasyov's film trilogy - "Precedessor" depicting the life of Viktor Kingissepp.
