Nina (2018)

Nina, a young girl raised by her father decides to change her life. To leave her home in which she has no perspectives, where nobody is waiting her anymore. However she has no plan. Filled with naivety and whims she starts her journey, with a possibilityto return to the empty but own place.
During one of the nights she has a choice, or to stay in the forest overnight or to try her luck at the only one house around. She manages to get in, furthermore, she arouses the empathy of the household members. They are a young couple expecting a child. Jana, the pregnant lady, from the beginning treats the newcomer with the sympathy, almost like an own daughter. But day after day she looses her enthusiasm. From the other side, Mikk, Jana’s husband, from the beginning protective, likes Nina more and more, finding in her what he has started to miss in life.
From the beginning their innocent relations shows the couple how imperfect their assumed order is. All characters work for each other as the reflections, of needs and willingness. Eventually Nina’s presence turns everything upside down and from a younggirl she becomes a young woman, who knows that the return is not an option anymore.
