Electoral Code of Conduct of the local councils of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of Estonian SSR has been published on the front page of the newspaper "Rahva Hääl" ("People's Voice"). The Electoral Statutes is being printed in the printing house "Punane Täht". A female worker busy at the typesetting machine. Lilli Kidron is printing forty thousand posters of the electoral code of conduct and fulfills the day's plan with 170%. Men looking at the printed material. Arnold Simson has resulted in 230% work success during his shift. Female workers printing and wrapping together the brochure.
