The film is about the revolt of the books. Similarly to the revolt of the slaves in Old Rome, the books one day seize power and destroy all the computers and mobile phones. Out of fear of the revolting literary works, people swear their fidelity to the books and start to read again. But that’s not enough for the books – they want the people to start talking using the books, just like they used to talk using mobile phones.
