Citizen Frank (2019)
Vladimir Frank is a street musician. Every day, he performs for hundreds of tourists in front of the Estonian parliament in the city of Tallinn. By his unique style of singing, he interprets the story of his life: A complete puzzle that has put together during the history of the country in the last decades.
