Five chronicle pieces about President Konstantin Päts and his family in 1939. The author of the film, former steward of Moscow embassy Aleksander Lellep, was in business relations with the president, so he could get a free access to Kadriorg Palace and Presidential residence in Oru for filming. The fourth chronicle depicts the president's interview with two journalists in 1939.
