Nenets Juri Vella is a social activist and writer living in West Siberia who wants to escape the attack of Western civilization and has created his own world. Ten years ago he left his village to go to taiga and become a reindeer breeder. He founded a reindeer farm including both a winter and summer camp and started to live there together with his oldest daughter's family. In order to save his grandchildren from the social and psychic problems, Juri has also established a school in the winter camp where two teachers work with five children.
