Every year, Estonian customs authorities forfeit goods worth of tens millions of Estonian kroons. The documentary explores the ways prohibited goods are detected and what will happen to the contraband items. The protagonist of the film is Tõnu Pärk, the chief specialist at Tallinn Customs Inspectorate, whose daily job is to detect contraband goods and decide on its destiny. Pärk who has graduated from the department of medical science introduces the filmmakers his daily tasks at the customs inspectorate, including seizing, storaging and extinguishing contraband goods.
