Cars riding in a row on a highway. The first finish in the centre of Tallinn. The streets are packed with people and supporters. Slogan „СТАРТ – ФИНИШ“ ("Start - Finish") above the street. The race cars ride underneath the slogan, referee with the flag. Voiceover informs where the racers will ride next. The race cars lined up on Victory Square, surrounded by the crowd expressing interest. Voiceover: "Next to promoting car racing sports there is an aspect of tourism – one has to follow traffic rules and sleeping is allowed only in a tent or in a car. The successful racers who have finished the competition will be given the title of "Tourist of the Soviet Union". Handing over a pennant with the Russian slogan in the background.
