Kaspar Ainelo was born on March 5, 1991 in Hiiumaa island, Estonia. He was graduated from Tallinn University the Baltic Film and Media School in 2013 (BA as film producer) and continued there with the Masters course in communication, imagology and PR (graduated in 2018). He has been working as producer in Herzog Helistuudio and in Cuba Films (2012–2013) and as film producer, film director and marketing manager in Kinosaurus Film (2014–2017), he has gained experience as marketing manager in wholesale and trading company FreshGO (2017– 2018) and as copywriter in advertising agency Kontuur Leo Burnett (2019), after that he started in 2020 working as creative manager in marketing advisory Utopos.
